When the tech Carlos arrived, he made me feel confident in the job he was doing. The service was amazing, they left my home in place just the way they found it...in perfect order. My brother is a plumber and he referred me to this company. First off the dispatcher was very courteous, knowledgeable and on point. She was able to identify the problem and send out a Tech in no time. The Tech Carlos was also very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and had the issue taken cared of really quick. I had David come out to my house to detect a leak. He was amazing! I've had an intermittent leak and David investigated the leak and found what other companies has missed, primarily roofing companies from my HOA and plumbing companies. I felt very comfortable with David in my house. He did an outstanding job explaining the problem to me so that I completely understood the problem. David also provided photographs of water stains to provide to my roofing company. David is a credit to his company and found a leak that other companies had missed.
