There should be a flow indicator, possibly a red triangle, if it is still moving, you may have a water leak. 

If you know where the main water supply to the house is located turn it off, then check the meter. If it is still registering, you know the leak is between the house and outside meter. 

If the meter stop registering, you know the leak is somewhere in the house. If you aren’t sure where, it may be best to contact the professionals at the Leak Doctor.
